What do I need to do to become a Captain Kampada?Just apply using the form. Once we review your info, we’ll reach out to help you pick your destination and give you a personalized price table based on group size. From there, it’s all about rallying your crew. You don’t need to be an influencer—just someone who knows how to get people together.

Who can apply?Anyone who loves travel and has a crew—or access to one. Friends, coworkers, students, sports teams, community managers… If you can gather a small group, you can be a Captain Kampada.

How many people do I need to bring?It depends on the destination. For Portugal, Morocco and other surf retreats the minimum is usually 6 (not including you). For other trips like the Maldives, it can be from 4. We’ll share the exact numbers when you choose a trip—no worries, we keep it clear and simple.

Do I get paid? Or is it just a free trip?You choose. If you want to join the trip, your stay and all included activities (surf lessons, gear, excursions...) are on us. You just cover your flight. If you’d rather not travel, we can offer you a commission instead—for you or your company/community. Win-win.

What do the people I invite pay?They’ll get a special group price that drops the more people join—so it’s actually a win for everyone. You’ll get a table with different price points depending on group size, so you know exactly what to share with them.

Do I need to plan everything?Nope. That’s our job. Once your group is in, we handle logistics, bookings, and activities. You just help spread the word, stay in touch with your crew, and (if you're joining) pack your bags.

When do the trips happen?Whenever you want. We don’t work with fixed dates—we design the trip around your group. Just tell us when you're available, and we’ll make it happen. Simple as that.

Can I do this if I don’t have a big following?Totally. This isn’t just for influencers. It’s for anyone who can bring people together—event planners, coworking managers, community builders, or that one friend who’s always the group chat hero.
